Here’s the problem: The world’s loud. Everyone’s shouting. Fewer people are thinking. And even fewer are willing to admit that most things—especially the things that matter—are complicated.
We’re told to pick a side, stick to the script, and perform it with conviction. But what happens when you don’t fit cleanly into either narrative? What if you believe in equity and accountability? In diversity and merit? In listening and leading?
That’s where I live. Somewhere in the tension. Somewhere between the Bay Area roots that taught me empathy, and the L.A. hustle that demands edge.
This blog is my way of making sense of all that. It’s where I unpack the contradictions—personal, cultural, professional. One post might be a take on leadership.
